Nature of processing

Analysis of the nature of the process

The GDPR Risk Tracker application allows you to precisely determine the nature of the process analyzed by the user. Thanks to the answers to detailed questions regarding processing asked by our tool, the user receives information about what obligations he is subject to under the GDPR.

To determine the nature of processing, the user is obliged to answer questions defined by the application, which will allow the system to indicate which GDPR requirements the user is subject to. The GDPR Risk Tracker risk analysis application analyzes the requirements of Art. 30, 35 and 37 GDPR:

  • Article 30 - Recording of processing activities,
  • Article 35 - Data protection impact assessment,
  • Article 37 - Appointment of a data protection officer.

Importantly, the user does not need to know the requirements arising from the above articles or the content of the GDPR regulation itself. The user's task is only to answer detailed questions defined in the application. Of course, the answers must be consistent with the facts. Based on real data, the user will receive a full-fledged result, report and recommendations, and the nature of the process analyzed by the user will be determined.

Process analysis in GDPR Risk Tracker

The entire process analysis lies with the GDPR Risk Tracker application and its proprietary methodology. Based on the selected data and the answers provided, the client receives a ready report with recommendations at the end of his risk analysis.

If the user provided answers corresponding to the actual situation and selected data consistent with the process features, he or she receives a full and compliant GDPR risk analysis. Once again, the system relieves the user of most of the work, saves his time and allows activities to be carried out at a very high level, even by people who do not have sufficient specialist knowledge.

A tool for comprehensive GDPR risk analysis

The aim of the creators of the GDPR Risk Tracker application was to create a tool for comprehensive risk analysis and data protection impact assessment (DPIA) allowing for the verification of compliance with the GDPR. For this purpose, an original methodology was created, which is intended to help the user and perform analysis on his behalf, as well as provide valuable recommendations to secure data processing processes in his organization.

By using representative data sets and predefined templates and dictionaries, working with our application becomes fast, convenient and exceptionally easy. It is only up to the user to select the appropriate data and give them the appropriate weight, according to our scale. The choice made by the user should reflect the actual state of the process analyzed for the purposes of the GDPR.
